Call Accounting Hardware/Software Integration
ASI FrontDesk 2007 integrates with various third party hardware and software call accounting systems. It will allow posting of telephone charges directly to guest folios.

Call Accounting Software
ASI offers full blown call accounting software system with seamless integration with ASI FrontDesk 2007. The software offers many features including call posting, full call calculator, wakeup calls, etc., directly from ASI FrontDesk 2007’s easy to use interface.

Magnetic Swipe Card Reader and software
ASI FrontDesk 2007 integrates with USB Swipe Card Readers. This convenient USB swipe card reader draws power from the USB socket on your computer. The swipe card reader is already programmed for driving licenses. Once swiped the registration form gets filled out automatically.

Optical ScanShell Scanner and software
ASI FrontDesk 2007 integrates with Card-Scanning solutions devices ScanShell 800 Pro and ScanShell 1000 Pro. Using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, the system will extract the guest name and address and fill out the registration form automatically hence reducing errors and expediting the check-in process.

Credit Card Processing Module
Credit card processing module in ASI FrontDesk 2007 is based on commercially recognized processing software. This software requires a special merchant account. In all most all cases we offer better pricing on credit card processing then what you may currently have. We also offer payment gateway software which will allow usage of any merchant account you may have, please call us for details.

Video Module
With this optional feature of our software, the attached inexpensive webcam can be used to take pictures of the lobby at various stages of guest transactions.

Signature Pad Module
ASI FrontDesk 2007 offers integration with signature pad. With this feature, the guest will see a message with a place for them to sign. The signature will remain on file with the guest folio and will be printed out on folio receipt similar to department stores.

Electronic Key Lock System
ASI FrontDesk 2007 offers integration with electronic key lock systems. Please call us to check if we support your key lock system. Our list of supported systems are growing by the day
